Who’s the real joker?

The Cape Times have truly outdone themselves. I would have expected this from a tabloid. The brand that they try and portray with these ads, doesn’t really align with their front page. This kind of criticism doesn’t help anyone.

Neil Mathorp said it better than I could,

“Criticism is acceptable after such a meek surrender in such a high-profile contest, but the critics should identify their need or desire to criticise and then decide whether they believe it is the players who were at fault or the strategy which they chose to employ.”

Now it’s personal

So I’ve finally decided to indulge myself and start a personal blog. This is not my first blog, I’ve been blogging my attempt to run the Comrades Marathon for nearly a year now, and probably will continue until I’ve run it. So this blog is purely an outlet for me on things not related to my training.

What can you expect from me? Well since I work in for a prominent Internet Marketing company, my views are likely to be focused around the Internet, particularly the marketing side. I’m a bit of a techie as well…

This is simply a place for me to solidify my views, and now I must end as the publish button is calling to be pushed.
